Prosperity / Celebration Custom Cake Singapore - with martell cordon bleu in Rice Bucket (Fortune/Gold Ingot/ coin/ longevity cakes/ lucky/ RED )

Well , this is our Fusion "Huat" ( Meaning "FA" or very Prosperous cake according to Chinese Custom) with martell cordon bleu (Planted at the center of the Rice Bucket ) 


this was for a event grand celebration , we love all the gold featured in this cake with a touch of red and mash-mellow in the based .. 


we added Chinese calligraphy to this cake to add a classical touch  ..

Since it is still CNY , I think it will be great to share this lovely Dragon version Angry Bird cake .. 


we selection the emperor's color , royal Red , yellow and Pink .. with ancient looking bamboo , cherry Blossom Mandarin oranges , fire crackers ... 


I think that is good enough for CNY already

During CNY Celebration , we had fun at home to "test" making these Fondant ( Sugar paste ) oranges ... 


these Oranges has really good effect .. the well wishes in Chinese has its own symbolic meaning :-)
